- PUBLIC NOTICE Ordinance Adoption PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that during the regular Town Council Meeting of January 15, 2024, the Hideout Town Council adopted Ordinance Number 2024-O-01 for the purpose of modifying the Title 10 Chapter 16 Section 040 to define the permitted dates of holiday lighting to Thanksgiving to March 1 each year. Complete copies of Ordinances 2023-O-06 and 2023-O-07 can be reviewed online at https://hideout.municipalcodeonline.com/ , or https://hideoututah.gov/hideout-town-ordinances/ ; or in-person at the office of the City Recorder during normal business hours.
