- Notice and Agenda of Oak City Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Planning & Zoning Commission will hold its Regular Meeting on Wednesday, January 17, 2023 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room. The following agenda items will be considered: A. Invocation. B. Adopt Agenda. C. Adopt Minutes of Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting held Wednesday, December 20, 2023. D. Discuss allowing a Conditional RV Use within Town limits during times of high construction housing needs in the area. - Jake Nielson E. Miscellaneous. F.
