- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting on the 7th day of December 2023. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of Allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public Comment. 5- Approval of the minutes from November 2 & 9, 2023. 6- Discussion of Blackhawk Ranch Annexation. 7- Discussion on Saturday Vibes end-of-season report. 8- Discussion and possible approval of the placement of Shane McKenna's Art Piece. 9- Discussion and possible approval of Special Event Permit. 10- Discussion and possible approval of Utah County Contract. 11- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing a light package for new Fire Department truck in the amount of $6210. 12- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing a storm drain box in the amount of $3860. 13- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing storage containers in the amount of $6930. 14- Discussion and possible approval of the calendar of events for 2024. 15- Discussion and possible approval of Ordinance 2023-02 setting council meeting dates for 2024. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Possible closed session. Adjournment:
