- Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City will hold a Special meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2023 1. Call to Order - Chairman Ted Black 2. Opening Ceremony a. Pledge of Allegiance b. Prayer 3. Business Items a. Open public hearing as advertised to consider and take action on an amendment to the Farr West City General Plan regarding Moderate Income Housing reporting requirements per H.B. 462 b. Close public hearing and proceed with the special meeting c. Recommend to the City Council approval or denial of the amendments to the Farr West City General Plan regarding Moderate Income Housing reporting requirements per H.B. 462 4. Adjournment
