- NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the meeting minutes held on November 14, 2023. 6. EXPENDITURES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for October and November 2023. 7. BUSINESS a. Consider awarding the Pavement Preservation (micro surface) project to the low bidder Geneva Rock with a bid of $1,106,880. b. Consider awarding the Centennial Park project to the low bidder Carlisle Excavation with a bid of $732,909.25. c. Consider approving an application to UDOT for transportation alternative funds to install a bike/walking path along Golf Course Road, 1800 South. d. Planning Commission Report. e. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-12, amending the Development and Construction Standards. f. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-14, amending the Subdivision Ordinance to define and establish requirements for Condominiums and Condominium Conversations. g. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-14, amending the definition of a mixed-use. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 9. EXECUTIVE SESSION a. Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual(s) to serve on the Planning Commission. b. Purchase of property. 10. ADJOURNMENT
