- MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regular scheduled meeting on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, JANUARY 18, 2024 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Oath of Office. 3. Annual Ethics Pledge and Disclosure Statements. 4. Election of the 2024 Council President and Vice-president. 5. Discussion/action on minutes. 6. Review of business license applications: RHI, LLC, 668 North 2075 West, Home Business. 7. Convene Community Reinvestment Agency. a. Staff Report: Central Business District East Community Reinvestment Area. b. Resolution adopting the Central Business District East Community Reinvestment Area Interlocal Agreements with various entities. c. Adjourn and Reconvene City Council. 8. Presentation: Annual Independent Audit. 9. Advice and consent to the Mayor's Appointments to the Planning Commission. 10. Annual Training on the Open and Public Meetings Act and Workplace Conduct. 11. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting Interlocal Agreement with Weber County for additional funding for Pioneer Road - Phase 2. 12. Discussion/action on Resolution adopting the Public Infrastructure District for SPB Ventures at 2700 West 12th Street. 13. Officer reports and legislative oversight. a. Western Weber County Active Transportation Plan. b. 2024 Events and Administrative Calendars. 14. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about January 11, 2024. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
