- BEAVER CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING Beaver City Center 30 West 300 North Tuesday, December 19, 2023 Beaver City Agenda Farewell Dinner for Council Member Murdock 5:00 p.m. Regular Meeting - 6:30 p.m. Opening - Council Member Hal Murdock Approval of Minutes for November 28, 2023 Bill Approvals for December 5, 2023 CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENT November Financial Statement - Treasurer Stacey Phelps Beaver City Events Discussion Council Retreat Discussion Billboard Discussion Fee Schedule Update & Approval PUBLIC COMMENT Administrative/Committee Reports CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property; and to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY: The undersigned duly appointed recorder for the municipality of Beaver, Utah, hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Agenda as posted on the Public Meeting Notice Website, and each member of the governing body and posted in the public place of the meeting on the 18th day of December, 2023, 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
