- Certificate of Election We, the Board of Canvassers for Bountiful City, Davis County, State of Utah, do hereby certify the following vote totals for the 2023 Municipal General Election held November 21, 2023, as appears from the official canvassed returns of said election as filed, and of record in the office of the City Recorder of Bountiful City: For City Council Matt Murri 5,481 votes Bob Lindsay 3,938 votes Richard Higginson 5,512 votes Kate Bradshaw 7,815 votes Chase Hathaway 2,477 votes Harrison Smith 1,210 votes We declare elected Mr. Murri, Mr. Higginson and Ms. Bradshaw.
