- SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING AND AGENDA Notice is given that the Farmington City Council will hold a SPECIAL meeting on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at City Hall 160 South Main, Farmington, Utah at 5:00 pm. This meeting will be held electronically over Zoom. The link to listen to the meeting can be found on the Farmington City website www.farmington.utah.gov.
