- CENTERFIELD CITY CITY COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Centerfield City Council will hold a meeting on December 28, 2023. The meeting will be held in the Centerfield City Hall, 130 South Main, Centerfield; which meeting will begin promptly at 8:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1 Roll Call 2 Pledge of Allegiance by elected official 3 Invocation by elected official 4 Reading and approval of minutes 5 Petitions, Remonstrances and Communications: Discussion and possible adoption of all titles in the Centerfield City Code Book 6 Unfinished Business/ Report of Council Members 7 Closed Session 8 Adjournment NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-3296 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
