- TOWN OF ORDERVILLE BOARD MEETING AGENDA The regular meeting of the Orderville Town Board will be held Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required. Call to Order: Minutes of the previous meeting: Bills presented for payment: Public Comment: 1. CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL A DONATION TO THE 2ND ANNUAL HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL ON OCTOBER 28, 2023, AT THE NORTH EVENT CENTER - KOURTNEY MILLARD 2. UPDATE ON PROPOSED NEW PARK - KOURTNEY MILLARD 3. RECOMMENDATION FROM THE ORDERVILLE TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: CONSIDER FOR APPROVAL/DENIAL A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR BRANDON HOLLAND FOR A SHORT-TERM VACATION RENTAL LOCATED AT 975 SOUTH PINYON PINE DRIVE, ORDERVILLE, UTAH 4.
