- BEAVER CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING Beaver City Center 30 West 300 North Tuesday, October 24, 2023 Beaver City Agenda Regular Meeting - 5:00 p.m. Opening - City Manager Brown Approval of Minutes for October 10, 2023 Bill Approvals for October 20, 2023 CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENT Saunders Outdoor Advertising Sign Contract Veterans Day Dinner/Event Discussion Citizen Concerns Administrative/Committee Reports PUBLIC COMMENT CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property; and to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY: The undersigned duly appointed recorder for the municipality of Beaver, Utah, hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Agenda as posted on the Public Meeting Notice Website, and each member of the governing body and posted in the public place of the meeting on the 23rd day of October, 2023, 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
