- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Planning Commission of Fairfield, Utah Shall hold a Regular Session on May 3 , 2023, @ 7:00 P.M. At the Fairfield Town Office 103 East Main Street Fairfield, Utah AGENDA Open the Planning Commission Regular Meeting. Roll Call Open Public Hearing - Add Industrial Manufacturing and Sales as allowed use to Light Industrial West Zone. Close Public Hearing - Add Industrial Manufacturing and Sales as allowed use to Light Industrial West Zone. Vote to Send a Recommendation to the Town Council to add Light Industrial Manufacturing and Sales as an allowed use in Light Industrial West Zone. Public Comment Period (2-minute limit per person) Time has been set aside for the public to express their ideas, concerns, and comments on items not scheduled as public hearings on the Agenda. Those wishing to speak are encouraged to show respect for those who serve the Town. Comments should focus on issues concerning the Town. Those wishing to speak should have signed in before the beginning of the meeting. (Please limit your comments to 2 minutes or less.) Vote to recommend the Town Council to Amend the Definition of 'Light Industrial Manufacturing and Heavy Manufacturing in Title 12. Discussion about Amending the Planning Commission Priority List. Discussion Vacating Right of Way South of Main Street. Vote to send the Planning Commission's Recommendation to Vacate Right of Way South of Main Street to the Town Council. Discussion Potential Development in Fairfield. Discussion Regarding Amending AR1 Zone to Allow for Town Park, Town Hall, and Other Public Amenities. Vote to Schedule Public Hearing regarding amending AR1 Zone. Vote to Approve the Planning Commission Regular meeting minutes on February 1, 2023 Vote to Approve the Planning Commission Regular Session minutes on March 1, 2023. Vote to Approve the Planning Commission Regular meeting minutes on April 12, 2023. Discussion Signage Standards. General Plan Discussion. Vote to send General Plan to Town Council for Review. Discuss Old Business Discuss New Business Action Items Adjourn the Planning Commission Regular meeting.
