- OPENING AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Thank you, Trent Hagman - recently resigned from the Planning Commission. - Welcome Bann Matson! She becomes the newest member of the Planning Commission. - Prayer/Thought & Pledge of Allegiance - Commissioner Grange - Approval of Minutes - from Planning Commission Meeting held November 2, 2022 INPUT/COORDINATION - City Council Report from meeting held November 9, 2022. - Report on 8th Annual Cache Summit held November 9, 2022 LEGISLATIVE ITEM PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION OF GENERAL PLAN UPDATE The Planning Commission makes a recommendation to City Council on this item. LOOKING AHEAD.. - Each Planning Commissioner must complete 4 hours of annual land use training by December 31, 2022. One hour must be 'Powers and Duties'. All training must be documented annually. Attending 12 meetings in a calendar year count for one of the four hours (completed for Rachel, Mark and Derek). Please submit your training hours to Melinda Lee.
