This meeting will be conducted both in-person and electronically via Webex Meetings. Agendas, recordings, and meeting minutes can be accessed on the Utah Public Notice site at utah.gov/pmn. 11:30 Lunch 11:45 Board Chair brings the meeting to order. 11:50 PUBLIC COMMENTS - Limited to three minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the board. If an individual is unable to attend the meeting in person, they may email their comments to dcalacino@slco.org by 10:00 AM the day of the meeting to have the comments distributed to the board and read into the record at the appropriate time. 11:55 Business Item - Approval of November 2023 Minutes Board will vote on the approval of November 2023 meeting minutes. Action Item: Board Vote Required - Minutes approval 12:00 Director's Report Martin Jensen, Division Director Martin will provide a brief overview of division-wide updates. Informational: No Action Required 12:15 Business Item - Jordan River Bridge Naming Proposal Martin Jensen, Division Director Martin will discuss a request received to name a bridge on the Jordan River Trail, and the Board will vote. Action Item: Board Vote Required 12: 25 Associate Directors 2023 Recap and Moving Forward to 2024 Doranne Pittz, Associate Director of Recreation Patrick Leary, Associate Director of Parks, Trails, and Open Space Walt Gilmore, Associate Director of Planning Brent Laulusa, Associate Director of Fiscal Operations Jerry Brewster, Associate Director of Golf Liz Sollis, Associate Director of Community Engagement Each Associate Director will briefly recap their section's successes and challenges of 2023, and what they're focusing on in 2024. Informational: No Action Required 12:55 Board Business 1:00 ADJOURN
