- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 2nd day of January 2024 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember S. Kurek - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held December 5, 2023 2. Business - Resolution 24-01 'A Resolution For Opening Of Bank Account With Cache Valley Bank' - Business License Application - Brandon Reynolds - December Warrant List - Councilmember M. Stephensen - Council Department Reports - Swearing in New Councilmembers - Welcome/Appreciation Social for Councilmember Changes 3. New Business - Resolution 24-01 'A Resolution Establishing a Time and Place for Holding Regular Council Meetings' - Town Council & Employee Social - January 16, 2024 at 7:00 pm 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - February 6, 2024 at 7:00 pm - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
