- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA TO CERTIFY ELECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD A SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2023 AT 5:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Read and vote on ballot reconciliation report from 2023 Election Official Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING NOTICE AND AGENDA I, the duly appointed and acting Recorder for the Town of Sterling, Utah, hereby certify that copies of the foregoing Notice and Agenda were posted at three public places within the municipality; emailed or hand delivered to the Mayor and Town Officers, posted on http://pmn.utah.gov this 2nd day of December, 2023.
