- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE EMERY COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT EMERY COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District will meet at 5:30 p.m. on December 18th, 2023, in the Emery County Courthouse located at 75 East MainStreet, Castle Dale, Utah in the Box Conference Room. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approval of minutes for November 2023 meeting. 2. 5:30pm A Public Hearing to receive comments on amending the 2023 budget of the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District. 3. Consideration and approval of amendments to the 2023 budget of Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District 4. 5:30pm A Public Hearing to receive comments on the 2024 budget of the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District. 5. Consideration and approval of the 2024 budget of Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District. 6. UFRA comments and business. 7. Forestry, Fire and State Lands comments and business. 8. BLM comments and business. 9. Discuss and vote on new Fire Protection schedule for 2024. 10. Fire Truck Replacement Project. Phase 3 Update: 11. SCBA's. Update: (Ben) 12. County Training Committee. (Scott) 13. Motion to pay the bills. 14. Chief's round table. 15. Citizens' concerns
