- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 12:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 445 West Center Street. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Hearings can be viewed live and on-demand at YouTube youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and on Facebook facebook.com/provochannel17. Item 1 Josh Arrington requests Design Approval for a new 75,000 square foot office building on a three-acre campus in the R&BP (Research and Business Park) Zone, located at 388 W River Bend Lane. Riverbottoms Neighborhood. Aaron Ardmore (801) 852-6404 aardmore@provo.org PLPPA20230180 Preceding the public hearing, there will be a pre-meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the Provo Peak Conference Room. The pre-meeting is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing. To send comments to the Provo City Design Review Committee members, email them at dspublichearings@provo.org. Additional information can be found at provo.org/publiccomments. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call the Planning Secretary at (801) 852-6424 at least 3 days before the meeting to make arrangements.
