- NOTICE INVITING BIDS PROVO CITY CORPORATION will receive sealed proposals for the 820 North Bridge Replacement Design project, Bid No. PROVOEN202323559. Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. February 8, 2024 at the Provo City Engineering Office, 1377 South 350 East, Provo, Utah 84606. WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: Provide preliminary and final structure design plans and documents to replace the existing bridge structure over the Provo River. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed by January 1, 2025. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Request for Proposal, and other applicable documents, may be obtained online at SciQuest (www.purchasing.utah.gov) or at the office of the Provo City Engineering Division beginning January 2, 2024. The cost of the contract documents, when obtained from Provo City Engineering, is $30.00 and is non-refundable. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION: Published in the Daily Herald December 29, 2023 and January 6, 8, 2024; posted on SciQuest beginning January 2, 2024 through February 8, 2024. PROJECT INFORMATION: Information on the 820 North Bridge Replacement Design project may be requested from David Michelsen, Project Engineer, (801) 852-6736.
