- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING December 19th, 2023 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah, will hold a regular Meeting on December 19th, at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 3:00 PM 3:00 PM Open Meeting, Call to order, Prayer offered by TBA. Pledge of Allegiance led by TBA Approve Bills Commissioners New Business 3:00: Open Meeting Prayer & Pledge of Allegiance 3:10: Approve Bills 3;15: Consider members for P&Z Board 3:20: Consider Signing RMA w/Rodatherm 3:30: Consider signing Civic Plus yearly website contract. 3:40: Consider signing MOA for Mental Health Resources for First Responders 3:50: Consider Signing Lease Agreement RRCI 3:55: Consider signing Opioid Contracts 4:00: Closed session for real property negotiation 4:20: Adjourn for Dinner Reconvene at 6:00 PM 6:00: Open and Amend 2023 Budget 6:10: Public Hearing for 2024 Budget Adoption 6:30: Adjourn DISCUSSION AND/OR ACTION ITEMS (To be discussed when/as time permits) - Old Business - Commission Updates Closed session for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; discuss strategy for pending or reasonably imminent litigation, real property negotiation.
