- The Mt. Pleasant City Community Development & Renewal Agency Board will hold a Regular Meeting on October 10, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, 115 West Main, Mt. Approval of Minutes - Chairperson September 12, 2023, Regular CDRA Meeting held at 6:00pm. September 26, 2023, Special CDRA Meeting held at 6:00pm. 4. Approval of Claims - Chairperson Invoice Register dated 09/09/2023 to 10/08/2023 in the amount of $19,510.73. 5. CDRA Executive Director Report 6. Progress Report on Park Project - Justin Atkinson 7. Discussion/Action on the following items: a. Follow-up from previous meeting regarding the proposed sale of ~3 acres where parking area is for rodeo for private condominium/Air BnB Type development. b. Present proposed streetscape improvements along Main Street & State Street. c. Approval of Sunrise Engineering Design and CEM work release for Heritage Trail. 8. CDRA Chairperson Report 9. Adjourn
