- The State of Utah Housing and Community Development Division (HCD) and State of Utah Office of Homeless Services (OHS) are holding a public comment period regarding the 2024 Annual Action Plan (AAP). The purpose of this public comment period is to help inform the initial draft of the 2024 AAP. To provide a comment, please contact Alyssa Gamble at 385-249-4808 or by email at Angamble@utah.gov. The public comment period begins December 22, 2023, and ends January 21, 2024. Following the close public comment period, a public hearing will be held on January 23, 2024 at 9 am to summarize and discuss all comments received The agenda for the public hearing is as follows: Welcome and Introduction Alyssa Gamble Discussion of 2024 Annual Action Plan & Comments Received Adjourn
