- Rockville Town Council Regular Meeting Rockville Town Hall December 13, 2023 - 6:00 pm **Amended** The Rockville Town Council will hold their regular meeting on Wednesday the 13th day of December 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. The agenda will be as follows: Call to Order 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of the Agenda 4. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item. Public Comments -- If you wish to speak during Public Comment and Questions, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for items not listed on this agenda. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. Discussion/Information/Non-action Items 1. Report on Hurricane Valley Fire Special Service District - Pam Leach 2. Report on Recommendations of the Planning Commission - Tim Arnold, Chair Administrative Action Items 1. Discussion and Action on Resolution No. 23-1213-01-A Resolution Honoring Pearl Harbor Day and Remembering U.S.S. Utah, the Forgotten Ship of WWII 2. **Discussion and Action of a Proclamation Declaring December 23, 2023 as Arbor Day in the Town of Rockville. 3. Approval of the minutes of the November 15, 2023, Regular Meeting. 4. Approval of the minutes of the November 28, 2023, Special Meeting 5. Approval of expenditures for the month of November 2023. 6.
