Proposed Resolution R23-26 authorizing the Mayor to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City and the Syracuse Museum Foundation for the use, maintenance, and operation of the Syracuse Museum and the Museum Curator position. (5 min.). 3.
