- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Jepson Canyon Public Infrastructure District No. 1 Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF JEPSON CANYON PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON NOVEMBER 21, 2023, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 9:30 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Consent Items 1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on October 16th, 2023. 2. Approve outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any). C. Action Items 1. Consider approval of a proposed amendment to the operating and capital budget for calendar year 2023 (if needed), and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same. 2. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2024 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same. D. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Review district financial statements, prepared by CLA. E. Adjourn The district complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those in need of assistance. People requesting these accommodations for public meetings should call Jennifer Gowans at 435-628-3688 at least one full business day before the meeting.
