Preliminary Discussions for January 2, 2024 Regular Town Council Meeting: Dates, Times and Length of Meetings; Responsibilities of Mayor Pro Tem; Declaration of Conflicts of Interest; Work with Utah League of Cities and Towns (Upcoming 'Elected Officials Essentials; Open and Public Meeting Act), Work with Utah Local Government Trust (training). 2. Discussion of Grants: Environmental Justice Government to Government Grant (EJG2G); United States Department of Agriculture (USDA); Cultural Grant (?); ARPA Funds and Matching Grant; Rural Communities Opportunity Grant. 3. Discussion of Planning and Zoning Commission, Active Transportation Advisory Committee. 4. Discussion of Rental for Fire Mesa Kitchen and Cleaning. 5. Retiring Council Members will summarize key points of work since 2018's incorporation (i.e. projects, interests, committee work) and what they are leaving behind. 6. Other/Adjourn
