- OFFICIAL ELECTION RESULTS AND CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION We, the Board of Canvassers for Kaysville City, Davis County, State of Utah, do hereby certify the following vote totals for the 2023 Municipal General Election held November 21, 2023, as appears from the official canvassed returns of said election as filed, and of record in the office of the City Recorder of Kaysville City: CITY COUNCIL: Mike Blackham 3,315 votes Elected John Swan Adams 3,120 votes Elected Nate Jackson 2,944 votes Elected Don Coleman 2,191 votes Eliminated Tim Allen Hodges 1,962 votes Eliminated We declare elected Mr. Blackham, Mr. Adams and Mr. Jackson, all whom will serve for a term of four years beginning in January 2024.
