- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 5th day of December at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember M. Stephensen - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held November 7, 2023 2. Business - Brittney Britsch - Northern Cache Communities That Care Presentation - Brian Carver - Bear River Association of Governments (BRAG) - Local Administrative Advisor Program - Youth Council Applicants - Business License Application - McKenzie Christensen - Clarkston Town Municipal Building and Community Center Evaluation Committee Written Statement - Resolution 23-11 - 'A Resolution Awarding the Clarkston Town Municipal Building and Community Center Project to Lundahl Construction' 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Date for Town Council and Employee Social - January 16, 2024 - Fire Department - Town Hall Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Planning & Zoning Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Animal Control Councilmember M. Stephensen - November Warrant List - Youth Council - Citizen Advisory Committee Councilmember S. Kurek - Cemetery Department - Parks Department - Sports and Recreation - Emergency Management 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - January 2, 2024 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
