- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 7th day of November at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember D. Smith - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held October 17, 2023 2. Business - Resolution 23-10 'A Resolution Appointing an Emergency Manager for the Town of Clarkston, County of Cache, State of Utah - Green Waste 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Local Administrative Advisor Program Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Planning & Zoning Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Animal Control Councilmember M. Stephensen - October Warrant List - Youth Council - Citizen Advisory Committee Councilmember S. Kurek - Cemetery Department - Parks Department - Sports and Recreation - Emergency Management 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - December 5, 2023 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
