- CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA December 6, 2023 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Minutes: October This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Action Agenda: 1. Duke Curtis would like to apply for a business license for his new business of Outfitters, to do with hunting supplies. 2. Zac Jensen would like to apply for a business license for a business to sell outfitting supplies. 3. Adjourn meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on Jan. 2, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting are invited to notify the Cleveland Town Office 130 W. Main, Cleveland, UT 84518, 435-653-2310 at least 3 working days prior to the meeting.
