PRAYER: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: DISCUSSION: Carry over items from October meeting. Public Comment Jayce Richins - New home construction inquiry. Cyson Preece - Ice skating rink for Town Park. PUBLIC HEARING - 6-month extension on RESOLUTION 2018-219. Moratorium for the issuance of any new building permits which would allow any new water connections to Henefer Town's culinary water system. Audit Report ACTION: Vote on 6-month extension of RESOLUTION 2018-219 RESOLUTION 2023-252 A resolution adopting and approving an application to the Utah Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity (Go Utah) for the rural communities opportunity grant. Review of October 3, 2023 Meeting minutes Legal Counsel Training CLOSED STRATEGY SESSION (NO ACTION TAKEN) Discussion of appraisal and actions related to completing a transaction for the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property interests on the best possible terms.
