- SF Logo Wednesday, December 6, 2023 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. November 29, 2023 2. Minor Subdivision A. CANYON CREEK PHASE 10 PLAT D. This proposal involves the subdivision of a commercial lot to create two lots located at 1352 North Market Place Drive. 3. Site Plan A. RIVER MEADOWS COMMERCIAL LOT 1. This proposal involves site plan approval of a commercial lot located at 34 West Summit Drive. B. RIVER MEADOWS COMMERCIAL LOT 4. This proposal involves site plan approval of a commercial lot located at 102 West Summit Drive. C. QUICK QUACK CAR WASH ARROWHEAD & MAIN. The proposal involves commercial development for a car wash to be located 44 West Summit Drive. D. UTAH COUNTY SALT STORAGE BUILDING. This proposal involves the addition of a storage building located at 339 West 3450 North. 4. Title 15 Amendments A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. Community Development proposes various updates and amendments to the Municipal Code, Title 15 Land Use. 5. Construction Standards A. CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS REVISIONS (23.02) Proposed amendments to the Construction Standards. 6. Discussion 7. Adjourn
