- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council a regular Council Meeting Monday November 20, 2023 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the November 6, 2023 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Caleb Rees: Minersville Town Fiscal year ending June 30, 2023 Audit presentation 3. 5:20 Update on water line replacement on 200 N to 270 N on 400 W 4. 5:30 Library usage agreement 5. 5:40 Rec League job position: review applications 6. 5:50 Year end bonuses 7. 6:00 Pay bills 8. 6:10 Other business Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
