- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Rush Valley Town Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah. AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pledge of Allegiance/Roll Call 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes for 09-27-2023 3. Sheriff's Report 4. Review of Business License Ordinance 5. Consideration of Drywall Work for Clover Church 6. Consideration of New Fire Department Member (Ace Hymas) 7. Approval for Fire Department to Attend Winter Fire School 8. Approval to Buy Coats for Qualifying Fire Department Members 9. Approval to Spend Additional Fire Department Funds Depending on Outcome of County Grant 10. Approval to Provide Quarterly Bonus to Fire Department Members 11. Fire Department Report 12. Council Reports 13. Safety Topic 14. Payment of Bills 15. Public Comments 16.
