- The following offices will be filled at the 2024 Regular General Election to be held in Cache County on Tuesday, November 05, 2024: United States President, Vice President, Senator, and Representative; Utah Senator and Representative; Cache County Council Logan Seat #1, Logan Seat #2, North District, and South District; Cache County Assessor, Attorney, Auditor, Clerk, Recorder, and Treasurer; Cache County School Board District #1, District #3, District #5, and District #6; Logan City School Board District #2, District #3, and District #4; and Cache Water District Board Logan Seat #1, North District, At-Large, and At-Large. The declaration of candidacy filing periods are as follows: for qualified political party candidates and local board of education candidates begins Tuesday, 01/02/2024, at 8:00am and ends Monday, 01/08/2024, at 5:00pm; for candidates of a registered political party that is not a qualified political party ends Monday, 04/29/2024; and for the declaration of intent to gather signatures period for qualified political party candidates begins Monday, 01/02/2024, at 8:00am and ends Monday, 02/19/2024, at 5:00pm. Qualified political party candidates must submit nomination petition signatures no later than 14 days before the day on which the qualified political party holds its convention to select candidates for the elective office.
