WORK SESSION Discussion on the First Addendum to the Development Agreement with Lotus Acquisitions, LLC, for the Lotus Anthem Development Located at Approximately 440 South State Stret Discussion on the Third Addendum to the Development Agreement with Clearfield Junction, LLC, for the Clearfield Junction Development Located at Approximately 69 and 101 North Main Discussion on the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Architectural Design of the Maintenance and Operation Center Phase 3 Discussion on a Possible Donations to the Jackson, Mississippi Area to Assist During the Drinking Water Crisis Discussion on a Possible Donation to the Hope Center Regarding the Christmas Hope Project Monthly Department Updates **CITY COUNCIL ADJOURN ** The Regular City Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. has been CANCELLED.
