- SF Logo Wednesday, October 11, 2023 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. September 27, 2023 2. Final Plat A. GLH INDUSTRIAL PARK PHASE 1. This proposal involves the development of three industrial lots located at approximately 700 West 2600 North. 3. Site Plan A. GLH INDUSTRIAL PARK LOT 1. This proposal involves the development of an industrial warehouse located at approximately 2261 North 700 West. B. GLH INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION LOT 2. This proposal involves the development of an industrial warehouse located at approximately 2453 North 700 West. C. CASCADE COLLISION. This proposal involves site improvements and the construction of an additional building to an industrial lot located at approximately 1912 North Main Street. D. SPANISH FORK RECREATION CENTER. This proposal involves the development of a recreational center located at approximately 1102 South Main Street. 4. Title 15 Amendments A. ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SETBACKS. 5. Discussion A. ARROWHEAD SUBDIVISION SITE MANAGEMENT PLAN. Proposed plan to ensure proper mitigation of environmental concerns. B. ADU MAILBOXES. C. OTHER DISCUSSION. 6. Adjourn
