- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council a regular Council Meeting Monday November 6, 2023 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the October 2, 2023 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 4-H Kids-Thank you 3. 5:15 Brady Carter: Planning and zoning recommendations and discussion. 4. 5:25 Santa November 25th 5. 5:35 Library usage agreement review 6. 5:45 Review bids for snow plow and tires for truck. 7. 5:55 Quarterly budget review 8. 6:00 Pay bills 9. 6:10 Other business Festival of Trees Update on Training-Tevan Update on water line replacement on 200 N to 270 N on 400 W Window replacements for old firehouse and shop Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
