- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE EMERY COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT EMERY COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District will meet at 5:30 p.m. on October 16th, 2023, in the Emery County Courthouse located at 75 East MainStreet, Castle Dale, Utah in the Box Conference Room. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approval of minutes for September 2023 meeting. 2. UFRA comments and business. 3. Forestry, Fire and State Lands comments and business. 4. BLM comments and business. 5. Mitigation paperwork for our PC agreement Reminder 6. Fire Protection board members appointed term letters. 7. 2023 annual board training reminder. 8. Fire Truck Replacement Project. Phase 3 Update: 9. SCBA's. Update: (Ben) 10. County Training Committee. (Scott) 11. Motion to pay the bills. 12. Chief's round table. 13. Citizens' concerns
