- November 09, 2023 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Spring City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider comments regarding the creation of a new zone in Spring City to accommodate multiple family housing. This hearing will be held at Spring City Hall on November 29, 2023 at 6:00pm prior to the Regular Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting.
