- Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, October 10th, 2023, in the Council Room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone or zoom. The agenda will be as follows: The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Reading & Approval of minutes of previous meeting(s) 3. Public Comment 4. Diesel Truck Parking in City Limits-Miller's 5. Rental of Old City Hall-Renee Palmer, Audrey Roberts 6. Tiny Homes-Richard Ross 7. Property Issues-Wayne Gingell 8. Public Hearing- Discussion and Action on Resolution 08082023-002 Myton City Fee Schedule. Water and Sewer Rates. 9. Discussion and Action on resolution 10102023-001 Canceling 2023 Elections 10. JUB Engineering - Monthly Engineering Report 11. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Carrie Boren- Administration Alan Allred - Maintenance Sam Davis - Fire Department 12. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares. -Water Rights-Chuck Hale 13. Closed Executive Session 52-4-205(1)(a) Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s) (if needed). 14. Approval and Signing of Checks 15.
