- The Town of Mantua Council Agenda November 16, 2023 6:30 pm at Town Hall Total input period on agenda items not to exceed 10 minutes including Council Comments Invocation or Thought Pledge of Allegiance Approve minutes for the Town Council Meeting held on November 2, 2023. Consideration of the Bills Public Comments (Per Utah Code, the Council will receive input only, no decision can be made on public comment. It will be up to the discretion of the mayor the amount of time allowed to comment.)
