- Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Payson City located at 439 W Utah Ave, Payson, UT 84651, until November 16th at 2pm local time. Alternatively, bids may be mailed to 439 W Utah Ave, Payson, UT 84651. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Work generally consists of Main Street roadway and utility improvements from 100 N to 700 S, Payson, UT. There are also landscaping and plaza improvements between 100 N and 100 S.
