- Bonneville Academy Open Public Board Meeting Board Retreat October 13th 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm October 14th 9:00 am - 1:00 pm AGENDA: October 13, 2023 Start Time: End Time: Call to order Pledge of Allegiance Consent Calendar September 9, 2023 Public Comment *As per Board Policy, public comment will be limited to 3 minutes per person. Anyone that would like to make public comments will need to sign up before the start of the public comment period. Grievances, complaints, or concerns with individual employees or board members will not be allowed during this time as they must be dealt with by following the Grievance Policy process. * Academic Director Report Operations Director Report Committee Reports: Executive - Ashlin Fox Finance - Will Frazier Academic Excellence - Clint Thomsen Governance - Ashlin Fox Trust Lands - Will Frazier PTO - Brita Hall Closed Session to discuss the character or competency of an individual. Discussion Items School Goals with Juliette and Franklin Board Goals New Position - Special Education Facilitator New Position - Behavior Tech STEM Reauthorization Emergency Response and Procedures Registrar Proposal MS Administrator Job Description Dress Code Action Items New Position - Special Education FAcilitator New Position - Behavior Tech Adjourn Next Meeting: November 14, 2023 Note: Persons requesting to speak to the board in an open meeting need to sign up before the meeting begins.. Resolution of questions or responses to proposals should not be expected at this meeting; staff or others may be asked to research and/or prepare materials and solutions for a later time. Fifteen minutes total have been scheduled for persons requesting to speak. Three minutes will be allotted for individual requests and five minutes will be allotted for group requests. If we receive more requests than the allotted time permits, those requests may be scheduled for the next board business meeting. Your concerns may be submitted in writing to the Director's Office for distribution to the Bonneville Board of Directors at any time.
