- Tremonton City Corporation Planning Commission September 26, 2023 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 5:30 p.m. AMENDED AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Approval of minutes - May 9, 2023 4. Public Hearing: a. To receive public input on amending zoning district regulations regarding a proposed land use ordinance relating to Accessory Dwelling Units in some residential zoning districts. 5. New Business: a. Discussion and consideration of advising the City Council regarding a proposed land use ordinance relating to Accessory Dwelling Units in some residential zoning districts b. Discussion of amending strategies contained in the Tremonton City & Tremonton City RDA 2022 Moderate Income Housing Plan (see Utah Code 10-9a-403(2)(b)) c. Discussion of creating a water use and preservation element of the Tremonton City General Plan (see Utah Code 10-9a-403(2)(a)(iv)) 6. Planning commission comments/reports 7. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Commission may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Cynthia Nelson no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted September 22, 2023, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting.
