- Planning Commission Meeting Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 7:00 pm Planning Commission Meeting for the Town of Genola Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The public is invited to attend the meeting. The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item, not on the agenda to the Planning Commissions' attention. Approval of Minutes for September 7, 2023 Attachments: September 7th Minutes Draft Public Forum BUSINESS Discussion and possible action on a site plan for Jeron and Keanna Lawrence for a new home located at approximately 491 N 800 E in the Genola Farms Subdivision Lot 3 Parcel #40.589.0003 Attachments: Lawrence Site Plan Discussion and possible action on a proposed site plan for a new home for Michael and Catherine Maughan located at approximately 614 E 600 N in the Genola Farms Subdivision Lot 13 Parcel #40.589.0013 Attachments: Maughan Site Plan Discussion and possible action a Final Mylar for the Draper Farms Subdivision located at 280 S State Rd 141 Parcel #29.035.0186 Attachments: Draper Farms Final Discussion on amendments to the Nuisance Ordinance Discussion on amendments to the Subdivision Ordinance Discussion on possible changes to the proposed road map Commission Comments Motion to adjourn
