- 1. Meeting called to order. Adopt agenda. 2. Public hearing: allow public input regarding (a) the issuance and sale of not more than $13,000,000 aggregate principal amount of lease revenue bonds, series 2023 (the 'bonds') for the construction of fire station 32 and (b) any potential economic imp the project described herein to be financed with the proceeds of the bonds issued under the Act may have on the private sect and all related matters. (5 min.) 3. Adjourn. ~~~~~ In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for this meeting should contact the C Offices at 801-825-1477 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
