- NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. The scheduled meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. 1) 7:00 p.m. Invocation 2) Public Comment 3) Oath of Office for Incoming City Council Members with pictures of new City Council members and Mayor - City Recorder Steven Jenson 4) Discussion with Possible Approval of Resolution 2022-1 City Council Meeting Schedule - Mayor Lori Nay 5) Discussion with Possible Approval of change from InvoiceCloud to Xpress Bill Pay for Online Utility Payments - City Recorder Steven Jenson 6) Discuss with Possible Approval of Lot Split at approximately 650 South Main. - Councilmember Rod Taylor 7) Discussion with Possible Approval of new water heater at City Hall - Public Works Manager Donald Childs 8) Annual Report from Whites Sanitation 9) Proposed Approval of City Council Minutes for Wednesday, November 17, 2021 10) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 11) Other Business 12) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
