- July 31, 2023 PLEASANT GROVE CITY DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING The Design Review Board will meet Monday, July 31, 2023, at 5:30 pm for the projects listed below. City Staff will host the meeting at Community Hall in the Police and Court Building, 108 S. 100 E. Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 1595 W State Street (Same White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of David Runnells for a commercial site plan for a restaurant, located at 1595 West State Street in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 456 S Pleasant Grove Boulevard (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Gary Moore for a site plan for a restaurant, located at 456 South Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict.
